Delivery area
We deliver to addresses in Switzerland only.

Shipping costs
Delivery is free of charge.

Delivery times
Items marked "In stock" are delivered within 2 to 3 working days of order confirmation.
Items marked "Availability on request" cannot be ordered directly online: we confirm their availability and delivery time by email before any order.

Orders with several items
Orders containing several items are delivered in a single shipment.

Delays
If your order cannot be delivered within the stated time, we will inform you immediately by email of the new expected delivery date.

Click & Collect
You can collect your order free of charge at our boutique, Place Saint-François 8, 1003 Lausanne, during opening hours. We will notify you by email as soon as your order is ready for collection.
